How To Use GROOMI Brush
3 Easy Steps!
Attach the Extension Hose to the bottom of the GROOMI Brush.
Dyson Directions:
• For Dyson Vacuums (2017 and newer): Connect the Yellow Adapter to the Extension Hose, then attach it to your Dyson.
• For Older Dyson Models (like V6 or Big Ball): You may need extra adapters (sold separately).
Universal Directions:
• For Universal Vacuums (round connections up to 45mm): Attach the Extension Hose to the Black Stepped Adapter. Push and twist firmly for a secure fit.
Note: If the adapter doesn’t fit snugly, you can trim the largest step off the rubber adapter using scissors or a blade for a clean finish.
• For non-rounded Shark Models (like IX or IZ): You may need extra adapters (sold separately).

Choose the brush head most suitable for your pet:
• Slicker (for everyday brushing)
• De-Shed (for removing loose fur)
• Rake (for deeper grooming)
Press the top button to release and swap brush heads.
Brush in the direction of fur. When fur collects on the brush, press the trigger on the GROOMI handle. The fur will be sucked into your vacuum – no mess!
Vacuum Options: Keep your vacuum on while brushing for continuous fur removal. OR Brush with the vacuum off, then turn it on and press the trigger to suck up fur when needed.
When the vacuum canister is full, empty it and keep grooming if required.
Dyson Adapter:
Fits V7, V8, V10, V11, V12, V15, Gen5detect, and Gen5outsize models.
Dyson Directions: For above Dyson Vacuums (2017 and newer) connect the Yellow Adapter to the Extension Hose, then attach it to your Dyson.
Extra adapters available to purchase for older Dyson models:
- V6 Adapter: Compatible with Dyson V6 and older models like DC19, DC23, DC26, DC29, DC31, DC33, DC35, DC37, DC39, DC41, DC44, DC45, DC47, DC52, DC54, DC58, DC59, DC62, DC78, and CY18.
- Big Ball Adapter: Designed for CY22, CY23, and Cinetic Big Ball models (Multi Floor Extra, Allergy, Animal, and more).
